gideon is in high spirits and by that i mean she's sitting on an ice couch and there are like three empty drinks next to her. badumtsshhh do you get my drinking joke. anyway she is staring at the wall.]

[ hello gideon we are really just out here staring at the wall. zhanlu plays a little lullaby even though lin jingheng is just kind of quietly scowling at the wall.

very gently just leans and bonks shoulders briefly. ]

[she stiffens up real bad, and then after a second, seems to force herself to relax. she doesn't bump him back, but she doesn't move away, either. she maybe sways a bit.]

[ yeah. that's all good. he hums quietly to this soft little song, an attempt at a lullaby. everything is exhausting so he will just. do this. ]

[she closes her eyes and listens to the lullaby, popping her knuckles every so often.]

there's a pause, and her expression wavers, and then:]

... You got it. [she says, but it's way less flippant than before.]

[ looks fussily at from over here where she's wall staring... :((( ]

[gives him a stupid drunky a-ok hand sign with a grin]

[ the look he gives her back that says something like "i'm disapproving but i'm more worried about you than i am that disapproving but i also don't want to make you upset but also i can't come over there and fuss"

[ takes yoru and sets him next to gideon, where he promptly hugs her arm, gently. ]

i always forget to add hex and her orange fairy friend but they're also here. the orange fairy sits on d.va's shoulder and braids her hair.]

yoru hums a very soft tune, in attempts to further soothe gideon. ]
